Divestment goals include a 30% premium by Year 2 and a 60% premium by Year 4, leveraging favorable market conditions for optimal returns.

Double Digit Returns
To achieve double-digit returns, Privaat’s team will focus on two main real estate acquisition areas: - Off Plan Acquisition: Leveraging its expertise, experience, and privileged access to the UAE’s top developers, Privaat's team sources, underwrites, negotiates, and acquires prime new off-plan residential properties at significant discounts and divested at a premium as ready properties. - Default Market Acquisition: With its equity reserve, Privaat’s team will source and buy, at a discount, default transaction directly from developers and / or defaulting owners.
Exit Strategy
Privaat Capital's divestment strategy maximizes profitability through dual-focused exits: opportunistic at 2 years and timed at 4 years, aligning sales with market trends for optimal returns. The strategy involves setting price targets and timelines, supported by rigorous market analysis, to capitalize on peak conditions. Purchase from Default Buyers
Through Privaat’s management expert network with major developers, the Fund will deploy part of its equity to acquire residential units from defaulting buyers unable to complete the initial schedule & having to exit at a discounted price.
